Physician | Preventive Care | Longitudinal Health
I have spent more than twenty years practising medicine across hospital settings, general practice, and medical forensic work. Throughout that time, one principle has remained constant: good medicine begins with careful listening, thoughtful assessment, and early insight. Patients deserve care that is measured, evidence-based, and grounded in a clear understanding of risk and long-term health.
My clinical background has given me a broad perspective on how illness develops — and how often it can be mitigated with earlier recognition and appropriate intervention. Over the years, I have worked with individuals at vulnerable and complex moments, experiences that reinforced the importance of prevention, clarity, and steady clinical partnership.
As both a physician and a mother, I understand how easily personal health can be put on hold by the demands of work, family, and daily life. Many of the changes that concern patients in their thirties, forties, and beyond — shifts in energy, weight, hormonal balance, mood, and metabolic health — do not appear suddenly. They evolve gradually. Addressing them early, before they become entrenched, is central to my approach.,
